HOW TO UNLOCK THE SUPERNATURAL.
Introduction:
- The supernatural is the manifestation of the Word we receive, believe and obey, which God confirms into signs and wonders – Jhn. 1:12/ Mak. 16:15-16/20
John 1:12
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Going to church is not enough but your expectation, What you believe. When you received him what did he say that you believe is what you become. A man of wonder is a man of faith, a man of faith is a product of word spoken.
Mark 16:15-16
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. A man who is a product of a spoken word is like a missile programmed to be sent to another’s territory to cause a drastic change. He is an authority. Therefore anyone who believes that authority is changed and never see the wrath of the law made by the authority.
Mark 16:20
20 And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. The Sent is always backed by the power of the sender.
The supernatural is simply a product of our obedience of faith. Our manifestation is a product of our expectation. What do you believe he can do while he yet speak to you? What do you believe maritally, financially, mentally that may heal every unease in your life?
- But the knowledge of who we are is what determines what we can do – Isa. 29:11/ Jam. 1:23
Isa 29:11
11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: Human frickleness can not be fruitful as God’s faithfulness. Even when we receive him, naturally we soon get tired of obeying him. Here, we see that faith is not fruitful.
James 1:23-25
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. As soon as you tired of failures, all you need to know is awareness of your person. As a believer, you are redeemed. Redemption means twice owe. What belong to someone which was missed or stolen which the owner went out of his way to get or purchase again. Understanding this should cause failures to begin to fear you.
But who am I?
- I am redeemed a spirit being in human flesh – Jhn. 3:5/ Act. 14:11
John 3:5
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John borns by water but Jesus birthes by the spirit. A man whose pride is taken away yet under the leadership of an authority soon gain proficiency in place of sacrificed pride. we are redeemed a spirit being in human flesh. We become authority.
Acts 14:11.
11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. Paul showed his authority having given himself under an authority.
- I am not only redeemed as a sheep of His flock, I am redeemed as a a lion to prevail in the battles of life – ***Rev. 5:6 [Revelation 5:5]/ Jhn. 17:18
Rev 5:5
5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
John 17:18
18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
- I am redeemed to operate in the realm of unlimited possibilities – Jhn. 14:12/ Phil. 4:13
John 14:12
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Phil 4:13
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Unlocking the Supernatural by the Power of the Word
- Signs and wonders are raw confirmation of the Word for whosoever believes – Jhn 1:12/ Mak. 9:27-29
John 1:12
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Matt 9:27-29
27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. 28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. 29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
- But not just the Word; but the right Word – Job. 6:25/ Mat. 4:1-14/ 2 Tim. 2:15
Job 6:25
25 How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove?
Matt 4:1-11
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. 5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, 6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. 8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
2 Tim 2:15
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
- The Holy Spirit is our access to the right Word – Jhn 16:12-13/ 1 Cor. 2:12-14
John 16:12-13
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
1 Cor 2:12-14
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
- However, the Holy Spirit does not only reveal the right word to us, but also reminds us whenever required – Jhn 14:26/ 1 Cor. 2:10-11
John 14:26
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
1 Cor 2:10-11
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
