INCLUSIVITY OF COMMONWEALTH.

The Commonwealth’s commitment to inclusivity and ensuring that every child(Male or Female, Black or White,Rich or Poor) has access to quality education, healthcare, and protection is worth commendable and recommendable.

RESOURCES ARE NOT DUES BUT GIFTS.

Access to valuable resources,such as:

Networks and connections

Skills and Knowledge

Health and Well-being

Personal freedom and autonomy

Access to education and personal development opportunities are not dues but gifts passed from one person to another person, generation to another generation, or one family to another. Every child to another may have it in different proportion and this becomes hindrance to a child who possess it in limitation. Therefore, resource may not be equal but access to resources should be inclusive.

TIME

Every child may not inherit or possess equal financial wealth but every child has equal time per day. We are responsible to many things or activities per day, Resources without a personal mentor soon leads to frustration before other responsibilities. Time management should be given priority in every child to maximize potentials.

The commonwealth’s commitment to inclusivity is reflected in its values and principles, which emphasize: Diversity, Equality, Human rights, Inclusive governance…….
